It will be VERY hot and even more humid since you're in the middle of rainy season. Probably uncomfortably so for most people.<BR><BR>On the other hand, air-conditioning is prevalent and the Interior (aka highlands) areas of El Valle, Boquette, El Baru, et alia, will be much cooler.

on't worry about the rain at all. It tends to rain for short periods of time in the afternoon, not all day showers. It will be humid but I moved to Panama in Aug., from NY, in 96 and the humidy didn't bother me much after the first two days. Just plan on being laid back a bit, no heavy hiking, for the first 2 days and you will be fine.
