Trip Report
Here is a photo trip report of our recent trip to Costa Rica. We stayed at Fiesta Premier Resort and Spa in Guanacaste (Papagayo), Costa Rica. My guess is that the photos will do the trip / location far more justice than words. Enjoy!!

Wow! Thanks so much. LOVED the ones of you guys together, particularly in front of the waterfall (the close up). And the one of your wife (or you, whoever posted!) near the end--the closeup. Beautiful! Thanks for posting photos of Borinquen. We'd like to stay there sometime. We've done the mud baths, but would like to spend a few days. . .
Loved the one of the little boy, the roping/branding photos (real life CR), Fiesta Premier looked very nice as well. So many to comment on I've already forgotten!
It's clear you had a fabulous time. Makes me "homesick"! And I'll bet I'm not the only one. . . .!!
Excellent photography. . .

Beautiful pictures for sure! Thanks for sharing. That great blue bird - a white throated magpie-jay? Looked it up in my birds of CR book. think that must be it. Imagine all the birds we've seen in CR, but we never saw that one! Great picture.

Yes, it was the magpie jay! Our first experience with the likes of him was at breakfast at Flamingo Beach Resort when he kept flying in and stealing our toast if we weren't looking! Such a handsome fellow, and such a thief! Great photo!

The magpie jays were hilarious. And you got it exactly right... THIEVES! But they weren't the only ones. There were plenty of other birds (and racoons for that matter) that would snatch a french fry right off of your plate if you dared to turn your back for a second. I guess it was funny as long as it wasn't *your* food.
In any event. Thanks to all who commented. And thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the gallery.

Great pictures.
Did you not see any "white faced "monkeys on the Palo Verde Tour.?
Most pictures I have seen of the Palo Verde Tours showed that white faced monkeys were easily seen there !
Once again great pictures.

I didn't remember seeing any (white-faced moneys)... but my wife reminded me that we did. No pictures of them though. There were only two and they scurried off pretty quickly as our boat approached, despite the offer of a free banana.
