Transfers in costa Rica

What is the best way to go from The San Jose Airport to the Tryp San Jose hotel? and what would be the approximate cost.also at the end of our trip we will be on the outskirts of Taramindo and will be leaving from Liberia Airport, what is the best way to transfer, what is the approximate cost and about how long will it take/

There are 3 of us travelling 2 adults and 1 11 year old.
