Trans between Granada & Barcelo Montelimar Beach Resort

What transportation would be available from Granada to Barcelo Montelimar Beach Resort near Pochomil WITHOUT returning to Managua? Possible to hire taxi one way? Shuttles? Buses? Or other? The Resort offers transportation from Managua Airport to the Resort, and return to Managua Airport, for two people for total of $150.00 US. Price seems a little high, but more importantly would rather not return to Managua from Granada in order to get to the Resort. Any suggestions? Thanks.
