Topless Beach

My wife and I are looking for an adult only all inclusive resort in the Cancun area that has a private island or beach (similar to the offshore island at Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica) for topless or clothing optional swimming/sunbathing. She likes to swim and sunbath topless but not around a huge amount of people or children. We have been several places but liked the privacy on the offshore island at SRC in Jamaica.
Anyone have any suggestions?
