Riu Santa Fe vs Palace

Four ladies 60 !! Which property would work best?? We are looking for good swimming pools, (prefer not alot of kids around), good dining, nice bars for that evening margarita....
Suggestions for Cabo (we have stayed in SJDC) and wanted to stay at a nice luxury property, All Inclusive...
Thanks for all suggestions....We will be going in mid-November from Vancouver Canada.
Probably get TWO rooms.

I have not stayed at either, but look into if one is more for adults only. I have stayed at Pueblo Bonito, no all inclusive, closer to town for easier access to restaurants and shopping.

I really don't like the RUI chain. It's a budget family friendly resort. The RUI's in Cabo San Lucas are in the middle of nowhere. You're basically confined to the resorts unless you have a car or go on tours. When we went, we stayed in Cabo right on the Marina since the beaches are not that great anyway. We stayed at the Marina Fiesta AI right on the Golden Zone. The AI restaurant choices were actual restaurants on the boardwalk. Best food we have ever had going AI. We ate outside of the resort AI options also. Really good food everywhere. Additional dining, bars, shopping, and entertainment are within walking distance. If you have to go to the beach then Medrano Beach is about a 10 minute walk. We went in a December. The pool was heated and the resort was not crowded. If your interested I have our pics posted here:
