rental property

We are going down to Playa Grande next feb-we are renting a house called Costa Palmera-just wondering if anyone has stayed there and can let us know more about it. WE are also curious about the rental company who we are renting it from called Palm Mtg.-just wanting to make sure they have a good reputation-any thougths would be helpful.
