I haven't been to PDC in several years and want to go back over Thanksgiving. Does anyone know if the Iberostar Quetzel is still any good? I'm looking for an all-inclusive close to PDC, but not in town directly. Thanks a ton!!

"Good" is a subjective term. What are you looking for in a resort? The IB Tucan/Quetzal is a good resort on a very nice stretch of beach. It has a great jungle atmosphere. You are only guaranteed three ala carte dinner reservations for a seven night stay. The rest of your meals will be in non air conditioned buffets.
It is about a half hour walk or a short $5 taxi ride to Playa del Carmen.
Schmerl - thanks for your response. Yes, I've been there years ago, but was curious to see if the property was being "kept up".

Thanks!!
Yes...it has been "kept up". Still a great place.
