Panama Tips

Anyone traveling to Panama? I live with my husband and two little girls in Panama since two years now and would love to give advice on where to go to, how to go and what to do here. Please feel free to ask for tips and tricks. For me it took a while before knowing my way around to the real good stuff.

We have a small 2 room B&B in Panama City, which I call the Jungle Escape. It is called the Balboa Heights Bed & Breakfast and can be found on Facebook and Tripadvisor. The website is under construction since we are redoing it.

Anyway, I would love to advise you all.
