Panama City tomorrow

Jump to last reply

We are arriving tomorrow afternoon and have booked a week in Casco Viejo at a large one bedroom condo for the week. We are interested in making two or three day trips by bus or rental car. We are in our mid seventies and can still get around okay.
We will fix breakfast and have a light dinner at our condo and eat lunch out each day.
Would like to get ideas of good independent day tours as the tour companies seem a bit too expensive. Would like to visit indigenous people in their setting.
Plan on getting on walking the old city tomorrow and get a two day hop on / off bus ticket for Monday noon to Wednesday noon..then would like to go on a couple day excursions.,maybe one to the Survivor Island by ferry.
Thanks for any ideas.
Also some great food lunch places - french or seafood. Maybe Indian or Chinese.
