Panama: Canyoning/Rappelling
Has anyone used Adventures in Panama to take their canyoning/rapelling adventure? It's approximately a 9-hour tour for $85 per person. It's a 2-hour drive each way from Panama City to El Valle de Anton, where you do the activity, then a 1/2 hour hike and 2 hours of canyoning and rapelling down waterfalls. Sounds interesting, but I can't seem to find anyone who has done it. The company has a great and complete website, so that alleviates a lot of concerns. Advice?
