Panama - Airport Transportation in Panama City

Hello.

Will be arriving in Panama City soon. Our party of four will be staying at the Toscana Inn Hotel in the El Cangrejo area.

Can someone tell me how far from the airport this hotel is?

What would be a reasonable cost for 4 people to be driven to the hotel?

Are cab fares negotiable or set?
