We will be staying here in December.
Any suggestions on Restaurants? How often can you eat at each in on a 7 night stay? We have arranged Airport/Hotel transfers through the hotel. What is an acceptable Tip for the driver?
Will they try to sell us Timeshare and if yes, what will the offer to attend their presentation?
Any other suggestions or advise?

They allowed us to make ala-carte restaurant reservations for three nights, and we could have done a fourth, but we spent an evening at Xcaret park. There is also a restaurant just upstairs from the main dining buffet that doesn't require reservations - they alternate between pizza and tacos each night - we went for the tacos and it was good. We liked the Oriental restaurant the best, and the seafood one the least.
We had shared transportation, and tipped $10 each way - don't know if that was being cheap or just right.
They will try to sell timeshares. They offered us a discount on Xcaret park tickets, but I was very firm that we would absolutely never buy into something like that, nor waste our vacation time on a sales pitch even to save a few bucks, and she left us alone. If you think you want to look into it, I would hold out for free park tickets, or more.
TripAdvisor is a good website to look at for reviews and suggestions on the resort. Have a good trip!
