oaxaca room/vacation rental

We are thinking about a trip to Oaxaca in October which is just a month away. We normally use VRBO and do a vacation rental because we like the extra space and having a private outdoor patio, but on short notice we aren't finding anything. Do you know of hotels or B&B's that have one bedroom suites or private patios near the downtown area? Thanks!
