Need some help with a hotel on the Caribbean side

My family will be traveling at the end of this month and we need a beach (a nice snorkeling beach would be good) front hotel, preferably with a pool and AC. I'd like it to be within walking distance to the town of Puerto Viejo. (We have a car so it could be a quick drive to town). I know I'm asking for the world. Any suggestions?
