Mistake

My name is Lorena Ruvalcaba Director of sales of Camino Real Acapulco Diamante Hotel, yesterday we have a complain with one of our guest because we do not honor that we included in all our rates breakfast as your book mentioned.Please, make the correction to your book because depending the rate or the package that our clients decided, include or not breakfast.
The hotel European plan without meals.
