Does anyone have familiarity with the La Reserva development in Manuel Antonio? They have several nice looking houses and villas but I am having a hard time discerning location details from the website, and also can't find many concrete reviews.
La Reserva in Manuel Antonio area?

Never stayed there personally have seen it
Private gated views nice not on beach
VRBO has reviews on Casa Feliz Casa Colina to check...
Most look fake to me though...
www.arenasdelmar.com better upscale values for me
Happy Hunting,
Casa Fantastica and Casa Tolteca good reviews on the boards
for a villa.
Thanks Qwovadis - I thought the same thing about those VRBO reviews, I suppose that is why I am feeling a little hesitant. Arenas del Mar looks lovely but we need a 4 bedroom place for our group (and want a house as opposed to individual rooms so that e can all be together). I will check out Casa Fantastica and Casa Tolteca.
The builder and developer have a fantastic reputation in the area. I would not hesitate to rent one of their wonderful homes ... very upscale, excellent construction, great security. LaReserva is on the "Villa Teca" road, a quiet location compared to the main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio Parque. I've known several people who have been inside one of the homes, absolute first class. Enjoy your trip! Lisa
