La Paz, Mexico - Hotel Los Arcos - Open? Closed? New name?

We are planning a visit to LaPaz, Mexico and staying one or two nights before going to Cabo. I read some good comments about this hotel. I found its website and it looks very nice, but a message says it is now closed.

If it is closed, would someone here know if perhaps it has opened under new ownership and may have a different name?
