Inquiry with well known CR tour company

Just curious if someone could tell me if it is unusual to wait 4 days to receive an itinerary from a tour co. in CR?
I did receive one email saying they received my info., nothing after that.
Could their office be on vacation and should I wait longer? Trying to nail down flights with miles for February and don't want to loose my seats on hold.
Thanks for all the great information on this forum.
