How do I book a room at the Iberostar in Mexico?

I'm trying to book a suite at one of the Iberostar resorts (the Maya) in the Riviera Maya for February. The Iberostar website says to contact a travel agent for bookings. I've tried several online agents and none of them show ANY availability for our dates near the end of February. Could they really be sold-out already? Eight months in advance?

Do you live near a BJ's Wholesale Club, Costco's or an AAA office? Those kind of travel agencies tend to deal with all-inclusives. Or find a travel agent that has blocked a number of rooms at an AI for potential clients. February is one of the busiest months in Mexico so it is possible to be booked 8 month prior. Good luck!
