Hotel Choices in Dominical

I am starting to plan a trip to Dominical for the first week in April with the family (mom/dad, 2 kids aged 8 and 11). We really want a kitchen, AC, pool, at least one separate bedroom--would be nice to have 2. While being closer to the beach is nice, I would really rather be able to see monkeys from our room. Shelter from the Storm is booked. Here are the 4 I am considering:

1. Villa Alturas (2 BR villa)
2. Coconut Grove Oceanfront Cottages
3. Villas Rio Mar
4. Villas Gaia

Please let me know what you would reccommend and why. I don't really want to rent a house from VRBO etc--would rather go the hotel/lodge route. Thanks!!!
