Hello, looking for a recommendation on where to stay in Hopkins in November. Nice beach, good swimming, nearby to restaurants, not too pricey. We'd like to find a place with two bedrooms if possible. Any suggestions? Also, we'd like to snorkel at the barrier reef, how best to get out there? Is there snorkeling off of Hopkins? Thanks!

Hopkins Inn was pretty much perfect for us. I don't think any of their cabins have 2 bedrooms but you could have more than 1 cabin like we did. www.hopkinsinn.com
No snorkeling from shore from mainland locations in Belize or from most of the lodging options on the islands, for that matter. I think the reef is 10-15 miles off shore from Hopkins. There are numerous day trip providers but I've always done my snorkeling from other places so can't help with that part. Happy trails!
