Group trip to Mexico spring break 2013 - suggestions?

We are going to Mexico over spring break and looking for destination and hotel suggestions. We would like to stay on the pacific side so the flight is short and we want to stay for a week. We are pretty flexible and our only criteria is at least a four star resort. Thanks!
