We want to go to Mexico w/ 2yo dd. I'll be six-months pg. I'm worried about db and me getting sick from the water there. Any suggestions? Do some resorts have water-treatment systems? (A friend mentioned this to me.)
Any resort suggestions or info info appreciated. We are looking for a suite or condo or villa in a resort. Want luxury but can't afford the priciest hotels around. (We're thinking 3- or 4-star hotels.) Many thanks!

Most resort hotels in tourist areas have water treatments sytems. But still I would not drink the tap water. Just buy and drink bottled; it's readily available and not expensive.
Depending where you are flying from you could look at Cancun and the Yucatan peninsula, at Cabo on the Baja, or at Mazatlan or Puerto Vallarta on the pacific west coast.
