CR Villa assistance needed

I've found a villa close to La Mariposa in Manuel Antonio. It's reviews are good and the price is good, but I have no context for the location. What would the disadvantages location-wise be with it versus places like Panorama in Tulemar and Pacifico Colonial? The price is about half for comparable fairly comparable amenities so there has to be something. Is it just proximity to the beach or more than that?

Thank you in advance.

We stayed right across from Hotel La Mariposa - it's in a good location and close enough to walk to several restaurants. It's on the hill, along with most of the other hotels in the area.

Thank you, volcanogirl! The villa looks nice, but the limited # of reviews on TA and substantially lower price had me concerned.

You're welcome - we stayed at Mango Moon which is right nearby. We walked to Salsipuedes, Barba Roja, Cafe Agua Azul, and Cafe Milagro from there. You just have to be careful along the road. Hope you guys have fun!

We rented a house Casa Barba Roja for several days, which is near La Mariposa. We liked the location. We had an amazing view of the ocean. We could walk to several restaurants and small grocery store. It was a 15 min. walk to the beach and we had to take a taxi to get to the park.
