CR: Castillo de Pavones - anyone know about this

Just wandering thru the web and I came across this place http://www.castillodepavones.com/ I've never heard of it, from what I gather it's new. Has anyone ever heard anything about it or stayed there? I can't seem to find any pricing (which I guess should be scary) but it just looks really interesting to me even though I don't surf. FL Fran I know you were near here recently, ever come across it?

tully,

Sorry not to have answered sooner. I've been playing catch-up since I got back from CR. Still haven't had time to finish my trip report. Work has kept me busy, busy, busy.

I haven't been on line at Fodor's in over two weeks. That's a record for me. And when I do pop in I don't have time to do much but skim the subject headers. Seeing the word Pavones is what drew me to yours.

I didn't see this place when we were there, nor hear anything about it. Wish I could help, but I didn't want you to think I was ignoring your post.

The sister of one of the ladies we went with just returned from CR and they spent some time in Pavones. Although they stayed at Casa Siempre Domingo they may have seen this place. I'll ask. If I learn anything I'll report back.

It does look interesting. But I'm with you. I don't like it when I don't see prices somewhere on the site.

Later,
Fran

Thanks Fran! Yeah it looks really nice but I hate when no pricing is available, makes me scared to ask! Let me know if you find out anything.

OHHH, my! It looks fabulous!!!! I'm curious too. Too bad it looks like it might take a month's salary for a couple of nights!
