Cozumel

I would like some information on an all- inclusive resorts in Cozumel. We are taking my stepson and his friend for Spring Break next year and would like some suggestions. We would like something more upscale, but also plenty of fun for the 20 year olds. Is there a nice resort that offers relaxtion and fun (diving for the boys)?
