Costa Rica in Christmas 2016
We booked a vacation in Costa Rica during Christmas but now my husband is worried to go there due to the situation.
What do you recommend? Is it advisable to go there in these conditions during Christmas?

The only thing I can figure out is that you're mixing up Costa Rica with Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is having some major financial problems and faces possible bankruptcy. Costa Rica is not.
