Checking Out Baja California

My husband and I live on the beautiful California coast, however, looking for a change. We have visited and loved the Yucatan Peninsula many times. We have visited Cabo a few times. We are looking for a relaxed vacation and possible second home in Todos Santos, Los Barriles, Cabo Pulmo area in Baja. Any guidance or direction would be appreciated. We like snorkeling, kayaking, and peace--we don't need alot of busyness or nightlife. We would like names/places to stay/suggestions from any one who really knows the area.
