Capella Ixtapa Resort in Mexico

My fiance and I are trying to plan our honeymoon for the end of September! We have found this gorgeous resort in Ixtapa, Mexico

I love that the resort is hillside, that is what attracts us to the resort. We want to go somewhere that is unique & different. Has anyone been to this resort before?

Also, with the recent travel advisory posted for Mexico does anyone know how safe this area is? From the looks of the resort, it doesn't look like we would be leaving the resort much if any during our stay there :)
