Shuttle services run every 30 minutes from 06:00 to 21:00 hours. The fare is 8.40 US$. Black and yellow taxis which belong to the Buenos Aires Capital charge 17.00 US$. Blue and white taxis which belong to the Ezeiza Municipality charge 18.00 US$. Livery cars charge 24.00 US$. Local regular 86 bus´fare is 0.45 US$. There are neither train nor subway services.
Shuttle services also run at the following times: 21:45 - 22:30 - 23:15 - 00:00 - 01:15 - 02:15. There is another service at 03:30 depending on demand.

The BUE designation refers to Buenos Aires, but Buenos Aires is served by two airports. The two airport codes are EZE (International) and AEP (domestic).
The above rates apply from the international airport to Recoleta.
Rates from the domestic airport to Recoleta are about half this price.
I think you will find Buenos Aires a cool relief after the desert sun on Phoenix...
