Budget Airlines Oaxaca to Mexico City

Hi all,
I have the following itinery for a 4 week trip to Mexico:

Guadalajara - Oaxaca - Mexico City - Merida - Playa d. Carmen

I plan to fly most legs, except Merida to PdC. I am having trouble finding a budget airline to fly from Oaxaca to Mexico City.

I have investigated the following:
Interjet
Avolar
Aazteca
ClickMX
Vivaaerobus
Volaris
Mexicana
Aero Mexico

The last 2 are not budget. These seem to be the only airlines flying from Oaxaca to Mexico City. However, I can fly on ClickMX from Mexico City to Oaxaca, just not back again.

Any ideas? I realise there are bus routes which cover a lot of this, but I'm trying to avoid a 6 or 7 hour bus trip.

Thanks!

You have to call aazteca and aerolitoral, but you can make a res and buy on line at
www.aviacsa.com.mx
The 1 hour flight is about $66.US.

I did not realize you could get such a good deal. I have always paid quite a bit more on Mexicana and Aeromexico. I just looked at the site, Mikemo is right. Its only about 10 bucks more than the UNO bus. Live and learn.

Back in July, I randomly went to the Volaris site and found a round trip fare incl tax from TIJ-BJX (6 and 20 Sept) for $32.US. Red-eye lv Tijuana and early AM return, but the fare blew my mind.

Great deals, no doubt about it, but keep in mind that, for Mexico City travel, both airlines fly via Toluca (TLC) not Benito Juarez Int'l Mexico City (MEX). Gotta factor in extra ground transportation logistics and cost.

Have fun!
