Best route from La Fortuna to Limon? Cost Rica
Hello. My bf and I are driving a 4x4 tomorrow (Tue) 7am from La Fortuna to Limon. Can anyone please advise of the best route? And any worthy stops along the way?
Ideally we'd like to take a scenic route, make a few nice stops and grab lunch along the way, in time to arrive to Limon by 3pm latest, which gives us 8hrs max.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

From Arenal to Limón (are you heading to Puerto Viejo or Cahuita? or you meant Limón City?).
Using a GPS is highly recommended. Try to drive during daytime.
