Hello I love reading what you have to say about the different topics so I was wondering if anyone could give me some good advice on where to go in beilze with my husband my mother and my 5 month old son. I read that some of you brought the son or daughter with you. Where did you stay? what vaccinations did the baby have to do?
I always read that Belize is kids friendly so I am not to worried and our vacation is more focused on relaxing and enjoing a beautiful sea than doing anything else.
So if you could please give me some informations it would be great!
thanks

Talk to your pediatrician about vaccines. Although the reality is he's too young vaccines such as typhoid and Hepatitis A. Back when I was still working, we sometimes gave vaccines early to kids who were going to traveling to high risk areas. These vaccines were essentially an extra dose, they didn't count in terms of coverage for school and day care.
However, your physician will know, or, should be able to find out if anything extra should be given. Make sure he's had his second set of routine vaccines.
I'd probably choose either Ambergris or Placencia. Nice places to stay, easy to get around. Lots of choices for food and drink.
