Belize City to San Pedro question
Hello! We just booked flights to Belize on Friday, and we're so excited! (Amazing fare sale from New York). We'll be going the first week of March.
We're thinking about spending our 6 nights in Ambergris Caye. However, I do have a logistical question: our flight to Belize lands at about 4:00pm. Looks like the last ferry or plane ride to San Pedro is at 5:30... do we have any hope of making it? Or should we plan to spend the night in Belize City? I hate to waste a precious night, but understand we may be out of luck.
Thanks!

I usually arrive around 4pm as well. Since I travel light, I book the 4:40 flight, rather than the 5:40. Almost every passenger on those flights will be on your flight, so the planes will be available when you land. (Unless it's really, really late, I've never had that happen.)
You will need to fly from the international airport, I don't think you'll have time to get to the water taxi terminal or the municipal airport.
Even though it's cheaper, I just fly from BZE anyway. It's just too easy.
Maybe I'll see you in Belize-I'll be there most of the month of March.

Great! I'm a Jean too, by the way
That's really helpful to know, thank you. I'm based in New York, so I guess I just get used to delays as a way of life! So it's good to hear we'll probably be safe with our landing.
