Ambergris Cay.....Tres Coco or Grand Caribe??

Planning to stay in either of these places in March, but cannot decide which one. If you have stayed at either please give me pro and cons. We are a couple taking our college Senior son for swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the island sites. We will rent a golf cart to travel. Like quiet evenings. Thanks for info.
