AI with tween and infant on Riveria/Cancun

Looking for experience with AIs on the Riveria.

We're a family with a tween (12) and an infant (1) who has traveled to Mexico several times. We're making the switch to an AI this year because of the urgent need to not think for about 6 nights. We've previously been to Isla Mujeres, PDC, Valladolid, etc. No need to see ruins or go off property unless utter boredom sets in.

Budget wise, we were hoping for ~$3000.

It looks like there are several mid-range places on the Riveria (such as El Cid).

Once we arrive at the AI, we're likely to primarily be in the pool and beach. Our tween is pretty low-key and will likely do a lot of reading.

Thanks so much!
