2 week holiday Central America by private car

We are looking feb 2014 to have a 2 week holiday in 3 possibly different Central American countries. We would like a car and driver like we have done in India and Vietnam. We want to find a tour operator local in one Central America as we have done before to build our holiday. Any ideas please
