The threads upon which I have commented do not seem to "update" my checks on them. In other words, if I commented on a thread and then there's a follow-up comment, visiting the thread no longer removes the BLUE highlight from my "Topics You Commented On" column.

Did this change seem just start happening for you? I'll look on my end, but if you can provide me with any details of anything that might have changed for you (new browser, new computer) will try to figure out what's going on.
Here's what happens:
In the past year or so, when I click on my poster name once I log in, the threads I've commented upon (a) rise to the top and (b) turn blue. To "unblue" them, I have to click on the thread. Then things go back to normal.
I now can click on the threads forever, but they never "unblue".
And thank you, Bryanc75, for being willing to help.
AllesadndraZoe: I'm sure you know this --but just in case . . . Every time there is a new comment on a thread by anyone the thread's title will be blue the next time you check in. It won't gray out until you re-open it.
As I have explained, I've been reopening away--no change at all. I now have an amazing series of "blue" listings. I've also done the refresh stuff, etc, etc, etc, etc.

On the positive side, since opening them can no longer "unblue" them, then I don't feel compelled to revisit threads I no longer care about.
