how to reply to reviews made of your hotel/inn

I would like to reply to review made of my inn. Is it possible to do that without constructing it as another review?

The best way would be to reply to the thread adding comments and adding your perspective.

Do you mean on the travel forums - or an actual review on the site? keith's suggestion is if the review is posted on a forum.

But if instead you mean an actual review, you probably should e-mail the editors and ask them/tell them your concerns ( editors@fodors.com )
