Yet Another Question About Getting from the Airport to the Hotel

Jump to last reply

I'll be staying at the Clarion Tapto Hotel (Jungfrugatan 57, Stockholm 115 31) and I understand it is not right in the city center. There will be two of us -- arriving August 9th.

We'll arrive after traveling more than 13 hours; we'll have luggage; and to our poor bodies it will be the middle of the night.

We're trying to decide how to get from Arlanda airport to our hotel.

With the 2-for-the-price-of-one special should we take the airport train -- and then a taxi the rest of the way to the hotel? Whatever we do will have to be easy because our brains might not arrive until the following day ;-)

If we take the train do we buy the 2-for-1 tickets on the train -- or before we get on board?

Or should we just take a taxi all the way? Or is there another option I haven't thought of yet?

Thanks so much for your help.
