www.wholesale-flights.com - any experiences

I just found this site, and they seem to have great fares for Europe. I priced out Orlando to Glasgow economy fares for next June, and got back several different $500-$600 fares - including airlines such as Northwest/KLM, Virgin, etc.

Has anyone had any experience with this group? I can't find much out there on the interet, I'm not even sure how long they've been around. Thanks!

I looked at this after seeing your post and it does seem like great prices. Too good! I haven't called them yet. I am waiting on some feedback from here. I hope someone has some first hand experience to help us.

Check out my question on Flyertalk.com - lots of scary stories.

Checked out your question on Flyertalk about Wholesale-Flights. I think I will stay away from that site. I have used 1-800-Fly Europe and had no problems with it. I did not like the seats selected by them but went into the airlines website and changed the seats with no problem.

I would stay away from whole-sale flights and also whole-sale fares which is their "sister" company. They have been registered with BBB.org since June 2009 and have already accumulated 15 complains mainly relating to dubious sales practices, false credit card charges and bait and switch practices.

Just bought 4 tickets for my wife kid and I to travel to China. Talked to Frank at ext 107 about booking 4 business class tickets. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I checked 4 other websites and he beat their price by over $700 dollars per person. I see some people are not happy with their service, but I had a good experience. Give Frank a shot hes good! the website is www.wholesaleflights.com

Last week I was shopping around for 5 tickets to go to Paris with my friends for a last minute vacation. I looked on Orbitz, Expedia, Priceline and a few others.. Finally I came across http://www.wholesalefl.... I did a search and it told me to call. A nice agent Jason picked up my call. I gave him my information and he did a quick flight search for me. He gave me a price quote that was a few hundred dollars cheaper then all the other websites. I was really excited and told him I would call him back after talking it over with my friends. I called everyone and we decided to book. Called Jason back and gave him all my friends info. Overall my experience was great and I told all my friends about these guys. Use Jason I think his extension is 206.

It is interesting that our two new posters (both shown as having registered October 2009) first posts are both about the same website.

One should always implicitly trust first time posters who give phone extensions, especially in pairs. No sense trusting regulars and established websites when you you have this kind of enthusiastic references!
