Yes. As long as you don't spend long there cos there's not that much to do.
Do ? Weeell, you can always go drinking, 3 pubs on every corner, or nightlifing in stripclubs -
Yes it's lovely. We spent 3 nights there and travelled out of the city for one of the days. Surprised however to find that stag parties had reached there.......
We stayed in Konventa Seta which was very nice
Riga is amazing. If you've ever been to Bremen in Germany, it's kinda like that with a mix of Amsterdam. I'm sure a trip in the baltic states would be pretty memorable.
