Here are some photos with audio taken in mid-March.
The snowy ones were taken on our daytrip to Padova(Padua.)
There are some of Locanda Orseolo near the end.
I hope you enjoy them!

Wow....just WOW!! Thank you. (I still have trouble getting my pix out of my camera LOL..or maybe crying out loud!)
Thank you. It was a terrific diversion.
Diversion? It was like a vacation!
All I can say is DOUBLE WOW!
What a great taste of Venice! Thanks for sharing it with us.
Oh my, those are fabulous!!
Aw,shucks! One of the benefits of signing up for cable internet access with Comcast is this wonderful program for presenting slideshows. They make it really easy.I have to say it's one of my best souvenirs from this trip(although my green bag from Mandarina Duck comes close!)
Looks wonderful so far -- just bookmarked it so I can come back at lunchtime and enjoy.
Just had the most fantastic lunchtime visit to Venice......thank you!
That was absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing. I wonder, is there anyway the pictures could be labeled for those of us who aren't fortunate enough to visit Venice could know what we're seeing. In the pictures, you appear to be having a marvelous time!
saving this one for later...!
You have a good eye - very nice!
Thanks for the work break.
tell me about this Mandarina Duck!
Awesome - Thanks for sharing. We will be in Venice in June staying at Locanda Orseolo. Can't wait!
Beautiful! We hit Venice on Day 12 of our trip...I have the feeling that our kids will be seeking out that McDonalds!
Loved them!! Thank you
Another big WOW !! Stunningly beautiful presentation.
If I may be a dissenting voice. The pictures are great, and once I found the gallery, I could peruse them properly. I really did not like the photoshow - I found some of the effects really disconcerting. I really never want to see Venice in an earthquake.
That said, It is an interesting way of presenting a set of photographs.
Has it really been *two years* since I last visited Venice? Eeek. Thanks so much for the great photos; I'd almost forgotten how beautiful that city is. Almost...
Thanks so much for the photoshow. My DH and I, along with another couple, spent a week in Venice last November. What a dream! Can't wait to go back and spend a longer stay.
AWESOME! Loved your photo album! Really unique and I liked the movement felt like I was there. The shot of the old woman on the bench is great. Cute pooch pix too especially the one sitting by the door I'm guessing waiting for it's human.
flygirl-Mandarina Duck is a very popular retailer and manufacturer of trendy, fun leather bags and accessories that are (fairly) reasonably priced.

If you want to see what I bought, click on women, bags,Knock, and style #3.It's Kermit green and has become my new daypack.I love it!There's a shop very near P.S.M.(It was 160 euro, and then I received a 20 euro VAT refund.)
As far as labelling the photos,I considered that, but have found over my last several trips that people seem to just want a quick glimpse of everything and not get bogged down in details!I'll work on it,though, and if you want to know something about a specific photo,I'd be more than happy to share.
Thank you so much massagediva, I feel like I have had a visit back to Venice!
And to see some photos of Padova was wonderful, I love that city and one hardly ever sees photos of it. Beautiful photos, sigh.
Loved it all! Thanks for the beautiful pictures of Venice. We are looking forward to our first visit there in July.
fantastico! grazie. I have photoshow, also and isn't it fun to play with!. I spend hours tweaking the transitions (don't like them too bouncy) and adding little captions and picking just the right music. So nice of you to share.
Vera
That was very enjoyable! Thanks for sharing!
Really nice pics, thanks!
Massagediva - I really enjoyed the slideshow. Did you stop in and say hi to Mauro? Dave
Dave-Great memory! We did see Mauro(the glassmaker-see www.glasshandmade.it)
I bought a beautiful vase from him and a few other goodies. He took us out for a spritz after he closed up his shop. He's a real character!Next year when we return he's going to take us to a restaurant that he says makes the second best pizza in Italy.
Wow! How do you do that? You guys are adoreable and the picture presentation of your trip fabulous.
Wow, great pics and I learned something new about my Comcast account! I gotta try that!
I've had comcast for years and didn't realize I could do that. What a great slide show. Glad you had a great time.
That was fun - thanks!
Wow! That was fantastic. Now I'm going to have that song in my head for a while, though. Fly, fly,fly away....
So glad you're enjoying it,I am,too.I'm in the process of trying to label some of the photos, but seem be having some problems getting the changes to stick.
Wow,great photos! Thanks for sharing.
Oh my gosh that was SO FUN. Thank you! I even emailed the link to my friend.
Thank you, massagediva!
We'll be in Venice later this month..Can't wait!
Byrd
Far and away the best slideshow I have ever seen! The pictures were very good as well. Thanks!
Baldworth
Wonderful photos. Thanks for sharing them with us.
And a couple of hottie blonde babes, too!
Dallas-I have labeled a few of the photos.Where, for instance,I have noted the exterior of Santa Maria della Salute, the next few are of the interior of that church. You can assume that as we travel along. If you have a question about the location of a specific photo, let me know.
BRAVA!
Loved it! I'll be there in October and I can't wait. This makes me a little sad that Locanda Orseolo was booked up but I think we found a good replacement.
Clio-I have to admit,Locanda Orseolo lived up to the rave reviews here and on Tripadvisor.I hope you have a great experience with the hotel that you booked.
Wow, that was terrific! Thank you.

By the way, do you have to have Comcast to get that software? I loved the presentation and the music was so perfect.
Try googling "Simple Star Photo Show." You can purchase it online.
Wonderful - except for all the jealousy it has induced in me.
I think I'll have to look into getting that software, too!
how cruel of you to post this when it's still 5 1/2 months away before I return to Venice
I simply cannot wait...but I guess I'll have to -
Great photos and presentation!
Thanks.
Massagediva:

I forgot to mention how MUCH I liked all the dog pictures.
Thanks, wliwl! Those are my favorites, too. The photo of the chihuahua was taken at noon as the church bells were chiming. The poor little guy's ears were pointed back and his eyes were half-closed.Too much noise for his sensitive system!
Yes, what a wonderful website! Such beautiful photos! And so creative.
