I'm thinking about working a winter season in Europe! But I'm trying to decide between Austria or Switzerland. Has anyone ever done either and which one is best for snowboarding, my ability is intermediate to advanced. I have a Euro passport. I'm fluent in Dutch and English but not German. Not sure if I would need to know that?
If I go to Austria, I'm looking at going to either Ischgl, Kitzbuhel, Lech or Zurs,. If I go to Switzerland, probably Davos, Saas Fe, Zermatt, or St Moritz.
I've never been to either but I've heard good things about both! Someone also told me once that there is a place somewhere where you can snowboard by starting in one village and then you can ride to about 8 different villages without taking off your board and get a bus back..
Any help would be great!
