White Hill Towns - Itinerary

Jump to last reply

Thanks for the great input by the many contributors, this is a great forum!
As I continue to plan our 20 day trip starting on Sept 20, I am still perplexed with Andalucia. We plan to exclusively use the trains/buses as it appears a car is more trouble than it is worth, with parking fees and road tolls quite expensive.
I thought we would focus the majority of our time in:
Barcelona (arrival city) 6 nights
Madrid 4 nights
Toledo 1 night
Seville 4 nights (departure city)
and by fitting in day trips from these centres.
Then, I was thinking of adding 2 nights in Cordoba & 2 nights in Ronda.
This would omit Granada, and minimize our time in the White Hill towns, which is a little disappointing, but seems that there is too little time and a lot of places! Familiar lament, eh?
Does this seem like a good itinerary?
While Granada is a big miss, it seemed the time to get there and back, would be too much?
Any thoughts or comments would be really appreciate!
Thanks again!
