Which village in Andalusia?

We (5 women - me and my sister and 3 girls between 18 and 21) are planning a trip to Andalusia in June 2012. We'd like to rent a house/apartment. After much research we narrowed it down to these towns - Arcos de la Frontera or Gaucin. However we are having a hard time deciding between the to. We'd like same restaurants and bars but also a little bit of nightlife for the girls. We also don't want it to be too touristy and love the charm a small town can provide. We will be in Sevilla for a few days at the beginning of our trip.

Is there anyone that can recommend one over the other? FYI - we have never been to southern Spain so we are "green". Thank you in advance.
