Which Scandinavian country to visit arctic circle?

Jump to last reply

We are going to Scandinavia this summer for several weeks with our sons, 8 and 10 years old. We'd like to go north to the arctic circle in either Finland, Sweden or Norway to see the scenery, and because we've never been north of the arctic circle. I had been thinking we'd go north in Finland to Rovaniemi but then someone suggested that we go to Bodo or Narvik in Norway.

Any advice on where to go? We expect to spend a few days on this part of our adventure, and would love to see wildlife. We'll have a car but would consider flying or taking a train.
