Which European country to visit in November? Spain/Italy/France?

Hi guys we are a group of 6 planning to take a European vacay in November this year for 10 days.
Keeping the weather in mind, we have shortlisted Spain/ Italy/ France.
We want to take road trips and explore maximum countryside and beachy regions. (No museums or historical buildings or touristy spots) we are big foodies and wish to dive into the local cuisine abundantly.
Kindly suggest what to choose.

Sicily or southern Spain might be the safest in terms of weather.

One cannot generalise when it comes to weather. History weather websites are unable to suggest what is going to happen either.
Weather forecast from last year.

November is not really beachy weather in most of Europe. Sicily, Southern Spain, Canary Islands are likely among your best options.

You list three separate countries in 10 days, which may include your travel days? Flying into one country and out of the last will likely save some time, but 10 days (even without travel) isn't enough.

France is a bit far north to get any decent weather in November and with short days, daylight is at a premium. Food in Spain, then North West around SdC, then Italy and head for Naples.

Sicily is another option, but you'll need all of your ten days there and the Canary Islands are not foodie destinations.

"Beachy areas" will be mostly desolate at that time of year, with many of the owners of restaurants and shops and hotels off in Bali, Corsica, Sicily, the Canaries, etc. Same with "lakey areas." The countryside will not be particularly attractive - wet, brown, bare...

The weather is unpredictable, which could affect driving.

The food will be great, especially if you enjoy game.

Food is great in the 3 countries, as well as wine. So it won't matter.
Weather : the more to the south the better.
Avoid Atlantic coast.
Southern france can be very nice - I have swam in the Ned in south east of france in early November. But it is s 10% occurrence.
Usually weather is beautiful sky and above 20c. But a 20% chance of bad weather.
Sicily should be safest of Crete or Cyprus.
