Where to stay one night in Naples for early morning flight the next day?
We have an early morning flight from Capodichino airport on a weekday in early April. Any suggestions for a hotel convenient to the airport? Or any personal experience with staying in Naples and how you travelled to the airport early the next morning? Thanks so much for any help.

We had to catch a 6:30 train in Naples. The night before our B&B arranged for a taxi to pick us up. We were a little worried as once we closed the door behind us as we had no way to contact them or the taxi company if he did not show up. But he did show up. This is where we stayed:

I've always stayed in central Naples but on recent trips I've left on Sunday morning when there is no traffic. Certainly under 25 minutes and probably less...with no traffic. So weekdays would require more research as to time.
I've always taken a taxi. There is an entrance to the airport road from Vomero so you could consider staying in that area.
This hotel seems to attract many of the airport-bound:

Unless there's a big problem (such as on The Day of the Dead, when the queues at the nearby cemetery are enormous), taxis will usually do the 4km trip from the city centre in only 15-20 minutes.
As you'll find - not only on that ride, but also on take-off - it's surprisingly close!
